SHIPPING & HANDLING
Shipping Policy:
All orders typically ship between 1-7 business days. Business days are Mon-Fri.
Some items have specific turn around times which would be listed in the item details.
Standard shipping 3-5 business days (To receive once shipped)
Priority Mail 1-3 business days (To receive once shipped)
However if you need an order rushed please contact us via email to Inform us and we will try to get your items out ASAP.
LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES- If your package has been confirmed via USPS and you did not receive it you must file a claim with USPS as we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
Although we do try our best to get your packages delivered on time please keep in mind that delays are possible. (Esp during holidays)
Handling Policy:
All orders will be processed and handled within 1–7 business days after payment has been received. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
If you need to make any changes to your order, such as the shipping address or size of the item, please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate your request, but please note that changes cannot be guaranteed once your order has been processed.
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 7 days of receipt of the item. We will work with you to resolve the issue.
